HappyHorse orders have a 5-second minimum (upstream billing floor). Seedance 2.5 is offered at 720p and 1080p only, and its price is about 5% above ByteDance's published list price. Seedance 2.0 takes text prompts only (no reference images), 4 to 15 seconds. Prices as published; the console shows the live per-task hold and settlement.
